Dr. Oetker Gala Vanilla-Almond Pudding 2-Pack 80g

Dr. Oetker Gala Pudding is made with only the finest ingredients and impresses with its exquisite vanilla notes paired with finely chopped almond pieces. This premium pudding is just the right dessert for your loved ones and guests. The package contains 2 individual pouches of pudding mix.

Basic Instructions: You will need: 2 tbs granulated sugar; 2 cups of milk, divided

• In a small bowl combine pudding mix with 2 tbs of sugar and 6 tbs of the milk; blend well to dissolve all lumps; set aside.
• Pour the remaining milk into a small saucepan and bring to a boil; pull saucepan from the burner; add prepared pudding mix to the hot milk while continually whisking with a wire whisk to prevent from clumping; move back onto the burner and bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute while whisking with a wire whisk.
• Pour pudding into dessert bowls or pudding molds; for use with pudding mold the pudding needs to be refrigerated for at least 4 hours to fully cool and set prior to removing from pudding mold.

Store dry and protect from heat.
