Shipping Label

If the return label is not included in your shipment please contact us at : info@e-bai3.com. 

Please send us full information about your order so we are able to process your request.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery date if item(s) are returned in original condition. Free returns apply to European countries only (excluding Poland).

Condition of return Package

Please, be aware that the following return conditions is a must:

1- Produces or Items can not have any signs or marks of use. All labels, boxes, and bags must be returned as it was delivered
2- If you wish to return more than one product then you must return them in one package.
3- Return packages must be delivered by DHL Logistics.
4- Return items must be sent from the same country to which the order was ordered and delivered.
5- If the returned items are used or damaged then we can not accept them.

Refunds

In case of return packages, we will check the terms listed in “Condition of Return Package” and if you do not violate these terms then we will transfer the money within two weeks.
The refund will be the same amount as the product(s) was/were bough excluding the delivery cost.
The refund will be sent to same account or same payment methods used.

Exchange of Products:

Exchange of product is possible on case-by-case scenario, depending in the availability and other parameters.
